If you purchased a site license to create and print assessments from the Insight item bank, follow these steps to add additional faculty users.
Add faculty manually:
Go to Management/Faculty and select the user type you would like to add from the drop-down menu.
Fill out information and save.
Repeat for additional faculty members.
OR
Add faculty via import:
Go to Management/Data Import.
Click to the download icon for the faculty template (the excel template will open).
Enter the faculty data into the first tab of the template. Please note the required columns:
User Type (column A) – Teacher or School Administrator
First Name (column B)
Last Name (column D)
Email Address (column H)
All other columns are optional.
When you have completed the file, save it to your computer.
On the Data Import screen and click the Upload icon for Add New Users.
After clicking the Upload icon, browse and locate the saved file on your computer. Click to import the file into Measuring Up Live.
Once the file is added, the file name is displayed along with the Save and Cancel buttons.
Select the Save button to process and complete the import.
Each faculty user that you add may immediately log in and begin creating and printing assessments.
