If you are not using Clever, ClassLink, or Google Classroom to sync and roster students, follow these steps to update your Measuring Up Live for the 2023-2024 school year.
NOTE: There are different steps for Clever, ClassLink, and Google Classroom.
Update Existing Students
Select Management/End of Year.
Make selections from the drop-down menus (choose the school year that student accounts were last in) and click Go
Choose from the following options:
To Promote: Place a check mark next to the student names you wish to promote and select the Promote icon from the light blue bar above the student names.
To Retain: Place a check mark next to the student names you wish to retain and select the Retain icon from the light blue bar above the student names.
To Graduate: Place a check mark next to the student names you wish to graduate, and select the Graduate icon from the light blue bar above the student names.
Repeat steps for each of students. To filter through the pages, use the Forward and Backward arrow icons above the Actions column.
IMPORTANT!
Please do not promote or retain any students who are no longer at the school. You should either graduate them or leave them as is.
Update Existing Teachers
Go to Management/Faculty and select Faculty Listing.
Review current listing of teachers. Place a check to the left of teachers who are no longer at your school, then select Deactivate.

Complete required fields: class name, grade, subject(s), teacher, and click Save.
Click Assign Students, select the students you wish to assign, then click the arrow to move them to the roster and click Save.
