Overview of the reporting capabilities in Measuring Up Live for Insight and MyQuest.

Reports Guide

This reporting guide provides an overview of the various assessments available to customers using Insight and MyQuest in Measuring Up Live®. The reporting in Measuring Up Live supports various levels of reporting including district, school, class, and individual student level detail.

Reporting Levels

The reports in Measuring Up Live® provides reporting from the district, school, class, or individual student level.

Most reports can be run at the level of detail that the administrator or teacher needs.

Each of these reports is available online in Measuring Up Live® and can also be downloaded in Microsoft Excel or Adobe PDF formats.

Proficiency Ranges

Proficiency ranges are preset based on state expectations. These vary between state, grade, and subject.

Mastery Cutoff

Mastery is set by the teacher or school administrator, per class and subject. It determines when practice is prescribed in MyQuest based on a student's overall Insight assessment performance. It also determines the percentage a student must achieve on each standard in order to earn medals in MyQuest.

Implementation data at a glance per content area. Quickly see student proficiency and time on task.

District Assessment Results

Insight Assessments Results report allows district administrators to choose up to six assessments and analyze performance across schools. Results show for each school with an overall average.

Assignment Completion Status

This Insight Assignment Complete Status report is available at district, school, and class level showing status of student assignment, who is: Complete, Incomplete, Awaiting Score*, and Not Taken.

Note:

Teachers must score written answers.

Assessment Score Analysis

This Insight assessment report is available at the district, school, and class level shows schools, classes, and students broken up by quartile based on performance compared to the district. There is also the ability to run subgroup level reporting with this report.

This report can be run by quartile.

The report can also be run by question type.

You can choose which question type(s) you want the score analysis.

Assessment Item Analysis

The Insight Assessment Item Analysis report available for district, school, and student level shows overall performance breakdown. It shows questions distribution by difficulty or cognitive category.

One can also list question with correct answer, showing how much time each student spent on the question, and how each student answer the question. Teachers are also provided print lesson references on each assessment item.

Standards Proficiency

The Standards Proficiency report is available in both Insight and MyQuest at the district, school, and student level providing applicable print lesson references to help plan instruction.

Charts shows visually where each student (or class) is in regards to proficiency.

One may also view the details in a table view with student name, class average, and student average scores.

Growth Report

The Insight Growth Report provides district, school, class, and student level details. It allows to select up to six assessments to measure growth. Progressive growth is calculated from one test to the next, while net growth is calculated based on the first and last tests (by date) chosen.

Product Usage

The Product Usage report provides product level usage detail for both Insight and MyQuest at the district, school, class, and student level. One can see how much time students are spending on assessment and practice.

See time spent per subject based on the selected timeframe.

See the average use per day, week month, and total over time.

Log in History

The Log in History report is available for both Insight and MyQuest at both the district and school level shows the number of times each person has logged in, and the date of the last login.

Class Insight Gradebook

The Class Insight Gradebook is available at the class level shows results per student for each Insight assessment. Teachers can also see who has not taken the assessment, and who is in progress.

Score student written response answers.

Drill down into the student's score.

Class Intervention Grouping

This Insight Class Intervention Grouping report automatically groups students for small group instruction based on assessment results.

Skills Assessed

Select the Skills Assessed tab to see a breakdown of student performance per standard domain or objective. Students are listed according to where the are at in the proficiency.

Student Groups

Select the Student Groups tab to automatically group students based on proficiency. For each student grouping, the top three most frequently missed skills/standards are listed with recommended Measuring Up lesson prescription.

Student MyQuest Prescription

The Student MyQuest Prescription report is available at the student level. It shows skills assigned to a student for MyQuest practice based on his/her Insight assessment results. It shows the date when mastery is achieved during practice.

Student MyQuest Progress

The Student MyQuest Practice report is available at the student level on a skill by skill basis. It shows how a student progresses through adaptive practice. One can see where student is bumped down or up to.

See each item student was delivered, how the student answered on first try, and each additional attempt. The MyQuest lesson reference is also provided.

Student Family Report

The Student Family Report can be shared with parent/guardian at conference time for Insight and MyQuest. It shows the student's overall progress towards proficiency in both Insight and MyQuest. There is an area for the teacher to enter comments at the top of the report.

Student Transcript

The Student Transcript report available for Insight assessments provides student level transcript detail. It shows the name of each assessment the student has completed, total points, score, and the district's average for the assessment.
