Assessment Actions

Assign

Any assessment in the library can be assigned, as long as students have the appropriate licenses assigned to them and you are not a site license to print customer.

  1. In the Action column next to the assessment you wish to assign, select the Assign icon.

  2. On the next screen, it is defaulted to assign the assessment to all licensed students in the district assigned to that particular grade and subject. If this is ok, select Go. If you would like to assign to a single school or class, change the selections from the drop-down menus, then select Go.

  3. Place a check mark by those you wish to assign to, then select the Next icon in the right section of the dark blue bar at the top of the screen.

  4. On the next screen, make selections from the following sections:

    1. When: Select start date and end date, and availability.

    2. Details: Choose whether to randomize question order for students, and whether to show guided feedback to students as they navigate the assessment.

    3. Upon Completion of the Assessment: Choose to hide the correct answers from students at the end of the assessment when they receive their Personal Prescriptive Path report. Also, you may click to hide the score from the student.

  5. When all of the parameters have been chosen, select the Save iconin the right section of the dark blue bar at the top of the screen.
