Removing Students from a Class

This article walks one through how to remove a student(s) from a class.

PREREQUISITE: A class that has a roster of students associated to it.

Step-by-Step Directions

  1. Select the Mange menu item in the navigation bar.


  2. Select the Classes menu item.


  3. From the Manage Classes screen select the Actions dropdown for the class you want to add students.


  4. Select the Roster menu option from the Actions dropdown.



  5. The Manage Roster view for the class will show the Students in Class.


  6. Students in Class is selected, selecting checkboxes next to the student names will mark them to be removed from the class.


  7. Select the checkbox for each student you want to remove from the class.


  8. Once you have selected a student the Save button will be enabled.


  9. Select the Remove Students button in the popup window.


  10. A success confirmation popup will be displayed.


  11. You will now notice that Robert Smith is no longer associated to the class.


  12. Back on the Manage Classes screen now shows 1 student in the class.
