An access code is used to create a new teacher account on the platform. Access codes are delivered via email to the person in your school or district who purchased the licenses. Note that an access code is not the same as an account password.
To retrieve your access code:
If you were the one who directly purchased the product, you should have received an order confirmation email containing the order number and the access code. Note that the email may take up to a day after the order was placed to arrive. If you don’t see it, be sure to check your spam folder.
If someone else at your school or district purchased the product, they are considered the account administrator and the access code was likely sent to them via email. The account administrator may be a curriculum coordinator or purchasing person. If you know who that account administrator is, reach out to them to get the access code.
