This article outlines the steps for retrieving your password if you forgot it. Your username must be your email address to utilize the forgot password functionality in Perfection Next.
STUDENTS: You should contact your teacher to reset your password or retrieve your password information.
NOTE: If your school has integrated for Single Sign-On (SSO), then you cannot retrieve your password through Perfection Next's Forgot Password functionality. You will need to get support from your school or district account administrator.
Step-by-Step Directions
Go to Perfection Next in your web browser.
Select the Forgot password link.
Enter the email address for your user account.
Once you have entered your email address, select the Send recovery link button.
You will get a confirmation that recovery password email has been sent to the email address provided.
Open your email client and look for a message from support@perfectionnext.com, it will have the subject "Perfection Next Password Reset."
You MUST click on the reset password link in the email that was sent to you.
After selecting the link, you will be taken to a screen to create a new password and confirm the password.
Your password must be at least 6 characters in length.
Your password must to contain at least 1 number.
Your password must contain at least 1 uppercase character.
Your password must contain at least 1 lowercase character.
Once your new password meets the above criteria, select the Submit button to change your password.
You will then automatically be logged into your account in Perfection Next.
