When you use a browser, like Chrome, it saves some information from websites in its cache and cookies. Clearing them fixes certain problems, like loading or formatting issues on sites can be fixed by clearing cached and cookies.

Google Chrome Web Browser
On your computer, open Chrome.
At the top right, click More with three vertical dots Delete Browsing data.
Choose a time range, like Last hour or All time.
Select the types of information you want to remove.
Click Delete data.
Microsoft Edge Web Browser
Open Microsoft Edge on your computer.
In the top-right corner, select the three horizontal dots.
Choose Settings.
Select Privacy, search, and services from the menu on the left.
Scroll down to the Clear browsing data section.
Select the Choose what to clear button.
Choose a time range at the top. To delete everything, select All time.
Make sure the boxes next to Cookies and other site data and Cached image and files are checked.
Select the Clear now button.
Apple Safari Web Browser on Mac
Open Safari on your computer.
Seelct Safari and then Settings.
Select the Privacy tab.
Find the Cookies and website data section and click the Manage Website Data... button.
Select the relevant website(s), then select Remove or Remove All.
Apple Safari Web Browser on iPad or iPhone
Go to Settings.
Scroll until you find Safari and select it.
Scroll until you find the Clear History and Website Data button and select it.
Select Clear History and Data.
