Getting Started
The first thing you need to get started in setting up your digital products is your digital access email.
This message is from support@perfectionlearning.com with the subject line Digital Product Information from Perfection Learning.
Note: If your order was processed prior to August 12, 2024 the email with the subject line Digital Product Information from Perfection Learning was sent from support@perfectionnext.com.
This email contains information about the digital products ordered including the number of seats, the expiration date, and the order number.
You MUST COMPLETE the Integration Request Form to continue with setting up your account.
If you cannot find your digital access email, first check your junk/spam email to see if it ended up there. If you cannot find it reach out to us at support@perfectionlearning.com or 800.831.4190.
Setting Up Your Integration
Below outlines the steps to complete your integration.
STEP 1: Complete the Integration Request Form.
STEP 2: Authorize sharing of data with Perfection Learning's Perfection Next digital delivery platform.
STEP 3: Filter your student data to only send students using products from Perfection Learning.
STEP 4: Your data synchronization with Perfection Next will complete by the next morning.
STEP 5: A Digital Implementation Specialist will follow up with you to to confirm no issues on your side for the integration after synchronization is completed.
The authorization request for data sharing will come from Clever for Clever integrations or Ed Link for all other integrations.
