Do digital products expire?

Yes, licenses for digital products have start and end dates. When digital products are purchased, the digital account information is sent to the key contact identified on the order with the expiration date next to each product.

Typically, digital products are for 12-months, though we do offer multi-year subscriptions up to 8 years for digital products.

When the digital product end date passes, you will no longer be able to access those products on Perfection Next®. If you renew your digital product within 90 days, then when the renewal order is processed you will regain access to the materials.

Accounts are automatically purged when on day 91 after the last subscription expires. Once the data is purged from the system it cannot be restored.
